It's hard to believe you could have so many problems with a new house - but we have! Our back yard is one big hot mess. It is slipping and sliding, which apparently caused our down spouts to be blocked, which caused a bunch of water to back up, which led to water in our basement. We also found mold in the walls. Fun times. While Art & Jordy were pulling up the carpet and discovering the mold, Kaylea decided it would be fun to treat the rolled up carpet like a horse!

That stinks!! So sorry to hear your having to deal with flooding issues with your home. Larry knows a lot of excavators if you need a recommendation on a good one I'm sure Larry could help you out.
