Kaylea really wanted to have a party, and truthfully, so did I. However, my mom had her oncologist appointment and we really didn't know how things were going to go. We basically knew what we were going to be told, but we weren't sure how we were going to react.
After going to the doctor, we came back and headed to the casino boat for a buffet dinner. Kaylea likes the buffet style meals, even though she eats like a bird. She decided tonight that she loves red raspberries. She suggested that I pack them in her lunch. She also asked me if it was important that our family be together. She is so sweet.
We played, watched TV, and waited for midnight. When it finally came (I was so tired), we banged some pots and pans and ran around like crazy. And then, we went to bed :)
